RETURN AUTHORIZATION
No returns will be accepted for other than defective merchandise or our shipping errors. Authorized defective returns will be replaced or credited to your account. Authorized returns received after the Return Authorization expiration date will not be accepted. Buyers/Dealers are responsible for the safe packaging of all returned goods. Merchandise must be securely packed and in the same like-new, sellable condition in which it was received. A restocking charge will be assessed on product damaged due to negligent return packaging, and on missing products requiring work to restore them to sellable condition. 

CUSTOM GLOVE RETURN POLICY
There is no return or exchange permitted on Custom gloves. A 50% deposit is required on all Custom gloves. When your orders are confirmed, no changes are permitted on the specs of the color, webbing, sizing, name, and etc. Hence, please fill out the form correctly and trace your hand clearly so that there will not be any errors. We custom make each individual glove to your exact requirements.
