Terms and Conditions (Effective 02/1/2002)

Prices are subject to change without notice. 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to credit approval and acceptance at corporation headquarters in Baldwin Park, California. 

CREDIT TERMS
Terms are Net 30 days with an approved credit; FOB Origin, Freight Collect. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of goods to common carrier. Claims for shortages and/or damages must be filed by the Buyer with carrier. A service charge of 20% per annum is charged on all past-due balances. Anticipation discounts for early payment on invoices paid 30 days or more prior to due date are available. Contact the Credit Department for current rates. Terms for foreign customers are irrevocable letter of credit or sight draft, unless otherwise specified. Costs of collection, including reasonable agency fees, attorney fees, and court costs incurred by Kazuma International, Inc. in the collection of the delinquency will be added to the outstanding balance. Checks returned unpaid shall be assessed a returned check fee of $25.00. 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations and/or changes require a cancellation/change number. To receive a cancellation/change number, contact our sales associate with an approval number. No cancellations will be permitted on Custom Made items. Kazuma Sports manufactured to Buyer's specifications, unless specifically agreed to in writing by Kazuma International, Inc. Custom Uniforms and gloves are not returnable or changeable when order is confirmed. A 50% deposit is required on all custom made items. PROOF OF DELIVERY Proof of delivery requests must be made in writing within 30 days of ship date are subject to a $5.00 service charge. Delivery of goods will not be contested if proof of delivery is not requested in writing within 30days of ship date. REJECTION AND REVOCATION All claims for damages, errors, or shortages in goods delivered by Kazuma Sports to buyer shall be made by the buyer in writing within a period of (3) three working days after the goods are delivered to the Buyer. Failure to timely make such claims shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that they fully comply with all terms, conditions, and specifications. 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
No returns will be accepted for other than defective merchandise or our shipping errors. Authorized defective returns will be replaced or credited to your account. Authorized returns received after the Return Authorization expiration date will not be accepted. Buyers/Dealers are responsible for the safe packaging of all returned goods. Merchandise must be securely packed and in the same like-new, sellable condition in which it was received. A restocking charge will be assessed on product damaged due to negligent return packaging, and on missing products requiring work to restore them to sellable condition. 

CUSTOM GLOVE RETURN POLICY
There is no return or exchange permitted on Custom gloves. A 50% deposit is required on all Custom gloves. When your orders are confirmed, no changes are permitted on the specs of the color, webbing, sizing, name, and etc. Hence, please fill out the form correctly and trace your hand clearly so that there will not be any errors. We custom make each individual glove to your exact requirements.

MISC
Kazuma International Inc and Kazuma Sports may publish pictures of custom gloves on any media unless contacted otherwise. If no hand tracing is supplied, custom gloves will be made standard size. Kazuma Sports has the sole authority to accept or reject any name on a glove. Please use good taste. Residents of CA will be charged 8.25% Tax
AGAIN, THERE SHALL BE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM GLOVES. PLEASE CHECK ALL INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. PLEASE DO YOU RESEARCH ON THE USE OF MULTI-COLORED GLOVE IN REGARDS TO YOUR LEAUGE'S RULES AND REGULATIONS.
